Liz Radcliffe

Liz first started practicing yoga 20 years ago. Coming from a background in dance, she connected to the physical aspects of the practice; moving, strengthening and stretching. Over the years her practice became something much more. Through yoga, she discovered a profound sense of emotional and spiritual well being. Life became more vibrant, more beautiful, and more full of love and ease. She found a deeper connection to her higher self as she learned to live more mindfully, with presence and intention. Fueled with a desire to share this way of living, she completed her first 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2009. Since then, she has completed hundreds of hours of trainings in many different styles and philosophies, learning and practicing with some of today’s leading yoga teachers from around the world. Now an RYT 500/E-RYT/YACEP with Yoga Alliance, her own style of teaching is the culmination of her experience. Her intention as a teacher is to hold the space for people of all levels to come and move their bodies as a way to feel better, to feel more open and expansive, and to connect to their own breath and intuition so that when they walk out of her class, they’re able to move through the rest of their day more intuitively, feeling more grounded, more connected and ultimately more present in each moment. .
