Restorative Yoga

This candlelight restorative yoga seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. This slow-paced, calming class is healing for both the body and the mind; it can help you recover from illness and injury or overcome depression and anxiety. Constant practice of restorative yoga will make your body less vulnerable to stress-related illness and help you achieve optimal health.

Learning to connect to your breath and be present on you mat increases your ability to find balance and clarity off your mat, in every day life.
