Postpartum and pregnancy workshop

This workshop is designed for ALL WOMEN, prenatal, pregnant & postpartum of any time length. Come and learn the tools needed for a set yourself up for, continue with or recover from pregnancy. Being pregnant doesn’t mean you need to stop working out, it just means you need to be more aware of what your body needs during this time. Suffering from Diastasis Recti?? We can help with that as well. Come, join us and other women on the continued journey of Motherhood
This workshop will be capped at 12 women so sign up TODAY. Childcare will be available for an additional cost of $25. Childcare must be reserved through the front desk.
ABOUT Emily Judd
Emily began her fitness career as a dancer, where she trained with elite studios as well as the Ballet West Conservatory. Through dance Emily was introduced to Pilates as a way to condition the body and provide more strength. After practicing Pilates for many years she decided to follow her passion and teach others. Emily received her primary training through STOTT Pilates, and continues her training through many Pilates styles. In 2018 Emily completed her PCES Certification and is now a prenatal, pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialist. Her love of the female body and all it’s capable of inspired her to seek further training in order to better help women in all of their stages of life, especially as mothers. Emily also holds a BS in Communications from the University of Utah as well as an AS in Fashion Merchandising from SLCC. Outside of teaching Pilates Emily is a wife and mother to one human son and one furry son.
