This workshop is designed for ALL WOMEN, prenatal, pregnant & postpartum of any time length. Come and learn the tools needed for a set yourself up for, continue with or recover from pregnancy. Being pregnant doesn’t mean you need to stop working out, it just means you need to be more aware of what your body needs during this time. Suffering from Diastasis Recti??
