Born and raised in Utah and settled in Sandy, Annie has been married for 24 years to her amazing high school sweet heart Brian. She has 4 amazing boys who try to "barre" in the kitchen with her. She started dancing when she was 4 years old and is so excited to have that little bit of dance back in her life. She is a certified barre instructor and has an Exercise and Sports Science degree from the University of Utah where she danced and was an assistant director for the Crimson Line Dance Team. She has also taught dance, aerobics and kindergarten before being a full time mom. She loves to keep her mind creating and choreographing new barre classes for her clients every week. Her motto is "Don't major in the minor things, relax, breathe and don't stress". Her goal is to help clients have fun, love themselves and feel good while exercising so that they will love it and make it a habit for life. She enjoys watching and playing golf, basketball, soccer and basically anything active with her husband and boys. Family time is the best time.
