-The athlete who needs a final push leading up to their competition or race day.
-New moms in need of some direction, pre or post baby.
-Someone totally new to fitness and wanting to know where to start
So much of our lives are focused on getting to the end, that we forget about the beginning and that there is even a middle. Learning to enjoy the process can help with making the task at hand seem a little more do-able, especially when things are hard.
When we set goals, we have to do something everyday to reach them. It takes roughly 6 weeks of exercise and clean eating for you to start noticing a change in your body. Miracles don't happen overnight. We know that. With that being said, it’s time to give you the tools for your day to day life and get you one step closer to a healthier lifestyle.
We’ve noticed that our programming is instilling healthier habits, but more importantly, healthier mindsets. We’re extending opportunities of growth and re-shaping the human body and understanding of accountability.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
With the information you provide during the assessment, and having your fitness goals in mind, we’ll create specific training guidelines to assist you with your direction and focus. This plan encompasses strength training and all methods of movement, mobility, and body awareness. You’re not alone in this journey. We have a community and staff supporting you along the way.
SUPPORT & MEAL GUIDANCE
Diet and nutrition should be intuitive and enjoyable. If you can not maintain a certain way of eating for 5 years, it may not be the best option for you. During this program we will show you strategies for a balanced, educated approach to diet and nutrition. You will learn how to pay attention to ingredients and read labels. Typically, if you do not know what a certain ingredient is, it’s safe to assume you want to put it back on the shelf. take ownership of your body and empower you to take lead in what your body is asking for. You can STILL enjoy the most out of your food and get the energy you’re looking for.
Throughout the journey we will be taking assessments of your progress so you can see the change that is happening in your body which will help you maintain motivation:
Endurance/ Heart Rate
Abdominal/ Core strength
Upper Body Strength
Hip, waist, thigh and arm measurements
Optional body fat, bone density measurement
Each week you will have 2 in person classes where you will not only get a great workout, gain strength, agility, balance and burn fat but you will also connect with the group and work through struggles, celebrate success and be able to hold yourself accountable.
You will be held accountable and stay motivated through the following during the 6 weeks:
2 special Awaken Results member workshop only
text messages, emails, phone calls checking in with you
Weekly motivation and homework through Podcasts, worksheets and goal setting
Private online/ app group that you can get support, advice and help from at anytime
