Brianna Neilson is a Level 2 Certified AntiGravity Fitness Instructor. Born and raised in Utah, she has been a dancer since she was 3 years old. Brianna was a part of her high school drill team and was chosen to be a part of the Utah 5A Allstate Drill Team her senior year. After graduation Brianna searched for a fitness practice that provided the same physical expression and benefits of dance. She started practicing yoga in college and later found AntiGravity Fitness and fell completely in love. With every class she became more and more passionate about AntiGravity and made the decision to share her excitement and become an instructor. “AntiGravity Fitness is my sanctuary. When I walk into the studio I leave all of the cares and worries of the day at the door and reward myseslf with some much needed ‘me time’.” Her goal as an instructor is to create an atmosphere where students can escape the everyday rush and revitalize, all while having fun and benefiting the body and mind.
