Gaby has practiced yoga ever since she was introduced to it in 2002. As a teen, Gaby used yoga as a coping method to escape a stressful family life. When she was a young adult she experienced back pain Gaby once again turned to yoga to help her find ease. Gaby took her 200-yoga teacher training at the Santosh Yoga Institute in 2015, where she learned Hatha yoga and has been teaching since the completion of her certification. She currently is working on her 500-yoga teacher training at Awaken Studios, where she has expanded her knowledge of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and many other styles of yoga. Gaby also holds certifications of Antigravity Fitness, Plexus Yoga Wheel, Glide Fit, and TRX.
