Liz first started practicing yoga almost 20 years ago. Coming from a background in dance, she connected to the physical aspects of the practice; moving, strengthening and stretching. Over the years her practice became something much deeper. She discovered a more profound sense of over-all well being. Everything became more beautiful, more joyful, more full of love because through her practice she started to really become present in every moment of her life. Fueled with a desire to share this way of living with everyone and anyone, she completed her first yoga teacher training in 2009. Since then, she has taught countless classes, assisted in leading teacher trainings, completed almost 1000 hours of teacher trainings in all different styles, practicing with some of the leading yoga teachers from around the world. Now a 500 RYT with yoga alliance, her own style of teaching is the culmination of her experience. Her goal as a teacher is to provide a space for people to connect to the power of their own breath and to move more intuitively, in a way that feels good. So that when they leave their mat, they're able to move through life more intuitively, in a way that feels good... Always living each moment in the present.
