Emily began her fitness career as a dancer, where she trained with elite studios around the country including The School of Ballet West. Through dance, Emily was introduced to Pilates as a way to condition the body and provide more strength. After practicing Pilates for many years she decided to follow her passion and teach others. Emily has received her primary training through STOTT Pilates, and continues her training through many Pilates styles. Emily also holds a BS in Communications from the University of Utah as well as an AS in Fashion Merchandising from SLCC. Outside of teaching Emily is a wife and mother and never stops moving!
