Kacie Ballard is a Utah native and spent much of her youth participating in school sports and outdoor activities, including cheerleading, running, hiking, snow-boarding, swimming, and rock climbing. Her interest in yoga began 5 years ago, initially with the desire to regain the flexibility she had as a cheerleader. Soon it became a way to improve her mental and spiritual well-being along with attaining physical strength. Kacie is a certified yoga 500RYT with Yoga Alliance and an AntiGravity certified instructor. She has been through numerous trainings and will continue to take any training that sparks her interest. She loves learning and gaining new perspectives. Her goals in teaching are to make yoga accessible for those who are new to yoga and challenging to those who are more experienced in yoga. She loves how AntiGravity Fitness and yoga compliment each other, the hammock makes moves more accessible to everyone not just the flexible people. She also specializes in core strength training and arm balancing moves. When not teaching yoga or balancing in a precarious pose, Kacie loves spending time with her family of two young children, Mattie and Jett, and her fire-fighter husband Matt.

Emily is the co-owner and creator of the new hardcore fun fitness class HIGH FITNESS.

Emily was born and raised in Bountiful UT in a very active lifestyle home.  She spent the first 18 years of her life keeping active through dance, dance, and more dance.  Emily’s passion for fitness came about when she headed off to college and joined her first gym. She immediately fell in love with group fitness and knew she needed to be a part of it. Working full time as a Fitness Director Emily received several fitness certifications such as BOSU, TRX, Bootcamp, Step, Bender Ball, Zumba 1 & 2 and Zumbatomic, LesMills BodyAttack and BodyJam fitness programs. Emily’s passion for dance and fitness came together through her diverse fitness classes and has expanded from there.  Emily believes that exercise and getting fit should not only make you physically stronger but mentally and emotionally stronger as well. Because of this belief and passion Emily teamed up with her Canadian friend, Amber Zenith, to bring to life a new Fitness class that they felt was missing in the industry. They created HIGH Fitness and gained an instant following and decided to share it with the masses.

Chantell graduated college with her B.S. in Paralegal Studies in 2005. Shortly after graduating, she started her own company and embarked on an entirely new education as a small business owner. To keep up with her demanding work load, she quickly realized that maintaining a balanced life through exercise and nutrition was crucial for herself and business. Growing up with a passion and affinity for physical movement through competitive gymnastics, skiing and softball, staying active has always been second nature to her! In 2005 she discovered Pilates while rehabbing a running injury and instantly fell in love with its practice. Pilates enabled her to heal and stay injury free while training and competing in individual races, team relay races and a half-ironman triathlon. Her passion for Pilates later became her profession when she sold her company and certified through Stott Pilates to begin teaching others. Chantell is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and is very passionate about Yoga and it’s place in her life both on and off the mat. She enjoys the freedom of expression, peace, balance and fun that comes from practicing and teaching yoga. She is also a certified CORE Athletic & Conditioning Trainer. Helping people discover and reach their full potential through mindful movement is fulfilling and she feels honored to be included in others’ journeys. She is a wife and a mother to two wonderful, active boys. She and her family share a passion for the ‘Great Outdoors’ and enjoy camping, hiking, motorcycling, skiing and playing in the dirt together!

Liz first started practicing yoga almost 20 years ago. Coming from a background in dance, she connected to the physical aspects of the practice; moving, strengthening and stretching. Over the years her practice became something much deeper. She discovered a more profound sense of over-all well being. Everything became more beautiful, more joyful, more full of love because through her practice she started to really become present in every moment of her life. Fueled with a desire to share this way of living with everyone and anyone, she completed her first yoga teacher training in 2009. Since then, she has taught countless classes, assisted in leading teacher trainings, completed almost 1000 hours of teacher trainings in all different styles, practicing with some of the leading yoga teachers from around the world. Now a 500 RYT with yoga alliance, her own style of teaching is the culmination of her experience. Her goal as a teacher is to provide a space for people to connect to the power of their own breath and to move more intuitively, in a way that feels good. So that when they leave their mat, they're able to move through life more intuitively, in a way that feels good... Always living each moment in the present.
