Awaken Healing

The body knows how to heal itself when we allow it to. We will be introducing the method of Foot Zone Therapy; it's history, impact, and possibilities. Foot zoning uses acupressure points from the feet to wake up all systems in the body and remind them of what they already know how to do. We will discuss the mind-body connection and how to tap into the powerful system of the subconscious mind. We will do demonstrations of how to activate the spine from the trigger points on the foot as well as how to release underlying emotions that can store in the body. We will also be introducing a natural and safe hormone system balancing series.
