Michele is a yoga enthusiast who transformed her passion for yoga into teaching. She enjoys sharing the benefits of yoga with others. She completed her 200 RYT through The White Lotus Foundation and recently completed certification in AntiGravity Fitness. Restorative yoga is her specialty, bringing stress relief and peace to people's busy lives. She also enjoys dancing, AntiGravity Fitness, Pilates, and many other forms fitness. She is happy teaching others how to live a healthy lifestyle and about taking care of the body, mind, and spirit. She loves to travel with her family and spends time outdoors when she can. She lives in Sandy with her husband, two children and two dogs.
